Are you afraid in water over your head?
If so, this course is for you. The Beginning course consists of eight 3-hour classes focused on healing your fear in water, rather than managing it via traditional approaches. Surprise yourself. Bring mindfulness and control to experiences that once made you panic. It's simple and fun, slow, and safe.
Each student goes at his/her own pace. The length of time needed to reach freedom in water varies from person to person. Typically the Beginning course guides students more than half of the way to freedom in water over your head. The Next Step course guides you the rest of the way, but this is individually paced, too.
